We need your good example … Mr. President!
YOU want to ban Americans’ right to possess guns … in the interest of peace in America.
YOU can ban all US testing of nuclear warfare … Now … in the interest of peace on Earth.
As you seek to force American citizens to give up Article 2 of their Bill of Rights to bear arms and conform to the United Nations Small Arms Treaty, why have you chosen to permit the US Government to be in violation of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty of 1996 ?
Subcritical means that critical mass was not achieved. Critical mass results in a self-sustaining chain reaction, otherwise known as a nuclear explosion. The Pollux experiment, conducted at the Nevada National Security site involved chemical explosives and plutonium.
Following the press release from the NNSA reporting the successful test, the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War sent President Obama a letter condemning the test. The letter dated December 18, 2012 reads:
Dear President Obama:
As fellow Nobel Peace Laureates who share your desire to rid the world of nuclear weapons and the danger they pose to our common survival, we would like to congratulate you on your election to a second term as President. We encourage you to use the next four years to make rapid and significant progress toward the global elimination of the only weapons capable of extinguishing life on Earth.
With that goal in mind, we want to express serious concern with the continued program of subcritical nuclear tests that have been conducted by the US since it signed the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty in 1996. We understand that you have received letters from the mayors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and from groups of atomic bomb survivors protesting the most recent subcritical test on December 5—the fourth such test since you took office—and we join them in urging you to cancel this unnecessary and provocative practice.
While subcritical tests are permitted under compromise language that was meant to facilitate ratification of the CTBT by the Senate— but failed to do so—they go against the intent of the Treaty, which is to ensure that no new nuclear weapons will be designed and that no new capabilities will be developed for weapons that already exist. The nuclear-weapon states—and the US in particular—have a significant technological edge with regard to computer simulation of nuclear tests, derived from decades of actual test explosions. This advantage is not lost upon the rest of the world, which sees any such tests, with or without a nuclear chain reaction, as a means to extend and perpetuate the role of nuclear weapons in security policy, and not as a step toward disarmament.
The message subcritical testing sends to other States is that nuclear weapons are here for the long term and that their designs can be modified and enhanced simply by making use of a loophole in a treaty to which the US says it is otherwise committed. At the very least, this is a demoralizing message for the large majority of States who have made nuclear disarmament an urgent priority. For at least a few who may be questioning the wisdom of remaining non-nuclear in the future, subcritical tests are seen as a hypocritical practice that undermines the arguments for non- proliferation.
While nuclear disarmament will require complex and careful negotiation among many States, YOU can end future US subcritical tests with the stroke of a pen. We urge you to take this step without delay.

The NNSA is a branch of the Department of Energy. Its purpose is to manage the USSA’s stockpile of nuclear weapons, prevent nuclear proliferation, power Naval nuclear vessels, provide response to nuclear emergencies, and counter nuclear terrorism. However, it is abundantly clear that the NNSA is conducting research and development for the Department of Defense under the guise of stockpile stewardship. In a December 6, 2012 press release NNSA Administrator Thomas D’Agostino said, “Challenging subcritical experiments maintain our capabilities to ensure that we can support a safe, secure and effective stockpile without having to conduct underground testing. I applaud the work done by the men and women who worked to make this experiment successful. Experiments such as this help deliver President Obama’s nuclear security agenda.”
The NNSA is also tasked with dismantling nuclear weapons. They have built a facility at the Savannah River Site in South Carolina to reprocess the plutonium that has been removed from nuclear weapons. This plutonium is blended with uranium to produce mixed oxide fuel or MOX. The MOX is then used as fuel in nuclear power plants where it is irradiated. Plutonium has a half life from 20 minutes up to 24,000 years. It is the most toxic substance to all life as it bonds with dna. MOX is extremely volatile and dangerous to use for fuel in nuclear power plants. Reactor 3 at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power station in Japan was fueled with MOX. It detonated following the March 11, 2011 magnitude 9 earthquake and subsequent tsunami. The detonation created a MOX fuel aerosol that was carried high into the atmosphere. The EPA’s Radnet detected MOX material in Hawaii and along the west coast of the USSA.
Despite the ongoing disaster at Fukushima the NNSA has constructed the MOX Fuel Fabrication Facility. In a January 3, 2013 press release the NNSA said that it awarded 9600 contracts to small businesses. The release went on to describe the MOX project:
“The MOX Fuel Fabrication Facility is being built to support the U.S. commitment under the Plutonium Management and Disposition Agreement (PMDA), which commits the U.S. and Russia to each dispose of at least 34 MT of surplus weapon-grade plutonium, enough material for approximately 17,000 nuclear weapons. The plutonium will be fabricated into MOX fuel at the MOX facility and then irradiated in domestic nuclear power reactors. After the MOX fuel is irradiated in civilian reactors, it is no longer suitable for use in nuclear weapons.”
That statement just might shed some light upon the true purpose of the Pollux experiment: Making subcritical nuclear weapons from depleted plutonium.
It is well known that the Defense Department has used depleted uranium to manufacture ammunition. The use of which has wreaked havoc upon Fallujah, Iraq resulting in genocide as well as health problems among soldiers. The large number of miscarriages, stillbirths, and deformities has been attributed to depleted uranium ammunition used by USSA troops.
Firearms in the hands of peaceful people pose no threat to anyone, but despots. The proliferation of nuclear weapons, fissionable or otherwise, poses a threat to all life on this planet. The Obama administration threatens to disarm us through executive orders as it uses loopholes in treaties to build weapons of mass destruction. Who are the real terrorists?

Well said. We wince when we read about the Nazi camps, or the medieval witch burnings. But for anyone to invent a machine – much less, use it – which, when activated over a city, can roast a million people alive, melting their eyeballs and sealing their ears shut, and flaying the living skin off their bones, means they rank worst than the most grotesque villains of the past. The major powers build these weapons in order to threaten ordinary people.
It is as if freaks like Obama have tied every member of the human race to a stake and now hold a match in front of their faces, as a threat to burn them alive if demands are not satisfied. This is pure terrorism, casting a shadow over the brains of all mankind. In fact it’s a worse crime than cannibalism: at least cannibals were prepared to first do battle with their victims. But these monstrous freaks sit safely and anonymously in their bunkers, ready to open the gates of Hell at the right moment.
From Obama’s fascination with drones and his execution of women and children based on what a friend said to a friend that he heard from a bloke in Kabul who has a cousin what heard something, we know he’s a homicidal maniac able to pass as normal. So with people like him on the loose, any sane person would want these dreadful people-roasting machines immediately wiped from the face of the Earth.

The commander in chimp of uppity seems to be striving to more moronicly malevalent with each passing day. He is a nightmare of stunning wickedness, than has caused my jaw to drop at the shear villiany of his decree’s.The closed society of homosexual agenda culture participants he has surrounded himself with seems to be reinforcing him and goading him to more inhumanity, as the slimy thrill of narsisstic, sadistic action seems harder and harder to obtain. He is off the deep end and this raggedness will begin to be too hard to disguise in the future. His speech will be affected despite his best efforts, as this sign is showing whenever he is not teleprompting, and his dull tortured mind refuses to function in a sane manner. He is an abomination that makes desoate.
